ArchieMD is developing a prototype Augmented Reality (AR) system to complement existing medical mannequin training units. There are solutions for both simple (lo-fi) and advanced (hi-fi, mechanized) units or mannequins in development. The system will integrate anatomically and physiologically accurate animated 3D medical visuals with patient simulators to provide an innovative and engaging approach to mannequin medical training.
